We generally do not accept returns or exchanges, but you can reach us at support@coveredhats.com if you think you can change our minds - just think of the animals first. We know this sounds harsh, but the animals just get so disappointed whenever we have to take their money back.

If your item arrives damaged, or if your order is incorrect, please email support@coveredhats.com and our award-winning customer service team will help you. Okay, we made the award ourselves, but that still counts right?

We cannot accommodate cancelation requests at this time. Once an order is placed through our website, our warehouse works efficiently to ship your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders upon request due to this.
