It's simple - I love Earth and all of the creatures on it! I don't care whether you are the ugliest dung beetle or the cutest quokka - you belong. And, let's face it, quokkas are adorable. Who doesn't want to help these little guys? Google it and see for yourself.
So, I started Covered to make a difference, and I am partnering with charities to ensure every hat sale makes this planet a safer place for the creatures who inspire us.
Covered isn't a faceless corporation without accountability. I grew up surrounded by animals and fell in love. I dreamed of being a zoologist but ultimately started a career as an environmental attorney where I saw how much our human impacts hurt animals and their habitats. I started Covered because I felt compelled to do more. I believe we can save the planet by protecting the creatures in it. Nothing makes us more human. This is more than a hat - it's a way of changing the world!
I believe in getting outside, enjoying nature, and playing as much as possible. But, nature is a fragile gift that must be protected. Help me stand up for the animals who don't have a voice and save these cuddly (and not so cuddly) creatures. Become a hero!

How we do it
You buy a hat
That's right! You can buy any hat. Each hat category supports a different cause, so choose wisely my friend.
We donate 10%
We donate 10% to the charity your hat supports. Funds support conservation, advocacy, and the animals!
10% of What?
10% of profits. No, this doesn't include our bloated salaries, building or operating costs. The amount you pay for the hat - our cost to manufacture the hat = our profit.
